What self-assured bureaucrat thought up this sign, wrote it and sent it off to the engraver without stooping to use a spell checker at any point along the way? Who is this person who similarly felt it unnecessary to check whether anyone in the office stayed awake during high school English and thus knew how to use capitalization? (Brit transl: “capitalisation”)

How big of a raise did this person get the following year? Because, you know, it’s automatic in the government.
