On the other hand, remember that the entire universe will disappear when you do. Everything you think exists is only a pattern in your brain, a construction designed to bring some sense to the constant battery of sensory input. Once there were gods and demons, now there are galaxies and quarks. Or should I say, “or so I believe”?
But, whatever the construction, it’s all bound for the same ashes or dust, depending on the circumstances after your demise, and whatever you think will happen afterward is just that. I know this because I believe it.
Above all, enjoy yourself while you’ve still got the whole thing intact. I have yet to see a happy-looking corpse.
