As a person of the penile persuasion, I don’t lay claim to know what it’s like to be a girl. Maybe it’s all different, but I remember when I was seven, and my wee-wee was a magic place I explored whenever I got the chance. Meaning, when no one could see, because I had apparently been taught at a much younger age that my dingle was a naughty place that should never be touched except for necessary maintenance.

Does my experience can translate to the vaginal world? If so, I find your following statement slightly odd:

“My daughters are five and seven years old, so I’m not laying all this on them yet. But by the time they start having sex, here are some of the things I want them to know about it.”

Since masturbation is something you want them to know about, isn’t it something they should learn about now, rather than later?
